DO YOU CLEAN WINDOWS?
Yes, interior window cleaning is included in the end of tenancy clean.
ARE CLEANING MATERIALS PROVIDED?
Yes, our cleaners come fully equipped with all the necessary materials and equipment required for the job.
ARE TRAVEL COSTS INCLUDED IN THE PRICE?
Travel costs are included however, parking and congestion are charged additionally.
WHAT IS THE LATEST A CLEAN CAN BE DONE?
Typically the first clean will be carried out at 7am and the last at approximately 5pm. Cleans outside this time can be arranged, please contact for further details.
SHOULD THE FREEZER BE DEFROSTED?
Please ensure the fridge and freezer are defrosted before the cleaners arrive to ensure best possible results.
DOES THE OVEN CLEAN INCLUDE THE INSIDE?
The inside and outside of the oven will be cleaned as well as all other kitchen appliances.
ARE CARPETS AND UPHOLSTERY CLEANED?
As standard all carpets and upholstery will be vacuumed with the option for a deep steam clean at an additional charge.
WHAT HAPPENS IF THERE IS A MISSED ITEM?
If we are notified within 24 hours of an issue with our service we will return to rectify free of charge.
WHAT IF SOMETHING IS DAMAGED?
All our cleaners are fully insured so in the unfortunate event that something is damaged arrangements will be made to rectify this.
DO I NEED TO BE ONSITE DURING THE CLEAN?
It is not essential for you to be onsite during the clean as key collection and drop off can be arranged.
ARE PRICES INCLUSIVE OF VAT?
All prices are subject to VAT.
