• Designing the bathroom - key features such as the need for a bathroom or a wet room all the way to lighting types, storage for towels & toiletries and final fitments will be discussed

• Disconnecting all hindering bathroom furniture and accessories

• Disposal of unwanted bathroom accessories

• Hacking off existing tiles on walls and floors

• Removal of old plaster and plasterboards

• Completion of plumbing and electrical work

• Dry-lining or plastering 

• Replacing tiles or wall boards

KITCHEN REMODELING

Stages of kitchen remodeling:

• Kitchen design - this is where we use our creative flair to bring your ideas into a fun, yet functional kitchen

• Demolish, repair and build structural elements - this includes removal of dated kitchen units and possibly windows, a load-bearing wall and island installation

• New plumbing and electrics - new supply and drainage pipes plus new wiring through the walls to provide power to the lights and appliance circuits

• Insulate and close up the walls before painting them along with the ceiling

• Lay floor and install baseboards

• Hang cabinets and install countertops

• Install splashback

• Fit sink, kitchen appliances, fixtures and final items
