Common questions asked by decorating customers

DO YOU PROVIDE MOULD TREATMENT?

Yes, all our jobs come with mould treatment as standard. We use mould resistant paint in common mould congregating areas.

ARE MATERIALS PROVIDED?

Yes, our quotes include necessary materials and equipment required for the job.

DO YOU REQUIRE A DEPOSIT?

We require a minimum of 50% deposit before starting any job. Outstanding payments are to be made upon completion of the job and receipt of a final invoice.

ARE TRAVEL COSTS INC IN THE PRICE?

Travel costs are included however the only additional costs which may be applied are parking and congestion charge.

WHAT ARE YOUR WORKING HOURS?

Typically a representative will be on site from earliest 7am and then will leave the premises at approximately 5pm. Jobs outside this time can be arranged, please contact for further details all.

WHAT IF SOMETHING IS DAMAGED?

All our decorators are fully insured so in the unfortunate event that something is damaged arrangements will be made to rectify this.

DO I NEED TO BE ONSITE?

It is not essential for you to be onsite during the job as key collection and drop off can be arranged, anywhere across London

ARE PRICES INCLUSIVE OF VAT?

All prices are subject to VAT.
